Today I am…

Thirteen miles further than 4 months ago.

Heaps stronger.

I am sweaty, tired and accomplished.

And alive. Very. Extremely. Incredibly.

Strong.

With newly increased willpower.

Newfound inner peace.

And I have learned

how to let go,

how to keep going,

how to keep trying even when things get rough.

It’s 5 weeks to The Royal Parks.
